The team mentoring program helps organizations that want to do the work themselves, but need guidance through the process. The team mentoring program is meant to support your architects, team leads, and project managers as they break the monolith. We take the output of the application baseline and work with your staff to time work sessions that provide “just in time” guidance for the tasks in front of them. Work sessions may include:

  • Helping you prioritize the application baseline recommendations
  • Helping you design service contracts for any new services to be factored out of the legacy application
  • Helping you create an actionable backlog (collection of stories/high-level tasks ) for each recommendation
  • Helping you juggle ongoing feature changes/defect fixes/enhancements to code that’s being rewritten.
  • Performing check points to review progress (you decide the frequency).

In addition to work sessions, senior members of your team can ask questions via a private Google Spaces chatroom. Posted messages have a formal 24 hour SLA, but typically are answered well under that timeframe. If required, an online meeting can be set up to address issues.

You will be assigned an account manager as a single point of contact.
